Our School Day
We open the gates at 8:25am, classroom doors are open at 8:35am, and registration closes at 8:45am. Gates open for pickup at 2.45pm and children finish for the day at 3.00pm.
Each day involves phonics/reading/English and maths lessons, as well as PATHs, outdoor play, structured teaching and independent investigation. We also explore a range of new and exciting themes when we work as Historians, Geographers and Scientists throughout the year. No two days are the same.
We have vision and value assemblies every Friday morning, the children who receive a vision and value award for that week are celebrated in our weekly newsletter. We believe that celebrating children’s achievements is important to their confidence and well-being.
Nursery
Morning Nursery 8.30 – 11.30am
Afternoon Nursery 12.00 – 3.00pm
Please drop and collect your child from the outside door of the classroom. Parents/carers should not enter the building.
School Gates
The school gates are open from 8.25am – 8.45am, and again from 2.45pm – 3.10pm.
Outside of these times, or if you are a visitor, please report directly to the School Office.
Parking
Please note that the school car park is for staff only. Parents/carers should be encouraged to walk wherever possible. If using a car to travel to school, please park with consideration for pedestrians, local residents and other motorists.
